ABOUT THE ARTIST
Voctave are an Orlando, Florida based a capella ensemble “known for their sophisticated vocal arrangements of Broadway songs, modern pop covers, and holiday favorites”. Voctave was founded back in 2015 by tenor singer and Rollins College Professor of Music Jamey Ray, with the rest of the group being comprised by the former members from the Disney World/Epcot Center-based a cappella group Voices of Liberty. Voctave’s ‘Disney Love Medley’, that featured Kristin Maldonado and Jeremy Michael Lewis, became a viral hit and resultantly increased the a cappella group’s online notoriety considerably and inevitably helped to build the huge following that they have today.
To date, Voctave have six albums and five singles in their online discography. Some of their most popular tracks include the likes of ‘Disney Love Medley’, amassing almost twelve million streams, ‘How Far I’ll Go’, gathering two and a half million streams, and ‘Poor Unfortunate Soul / I Put a Spell on You’, with over two million four hundred thousand streams. With more than two hundred thousand regular monthly listeners on Spotify alone, Voctave have cultivated an enormous following of loyal fans who will be eager to hear their latest album release.
