ABOUT THE ARTIST
VIXEVERSA is a well established duo who burst onto the streaming scene in 2019. The duo consists of Jay Denero and Dre Cash-PLXTINUM (born James Edison Davenport and DeAndre Marquis Nathan). The pair met back in high school and formed a rap group that initially had nine members. By 2015, there were three members left.
Building a reputation as the “hottest group in the city”, Zona Gang continued to build their momentum. Since then, Jay Denero and Dre Cash-PLXTINUM made the decision to move to New York City and rebrand; becoming the Hip-Hop duo VIXEVERSA. Although they receive creative inspiration from a number of styles, VIXEVERSA combine a variety of compositional elements to form their unique sound.
To date, VIXEVERSA have one EP and three singles in their online discography. Some of their most popular tracks include the likes of ‘PEDIGREE’, amassing almost three hundred and twenty-two thousand streams, ‘TONIGHT’, gathering over two hundred and seventy-six thousand streams, and ‘FASTER’, with over one hundred and eighty thousand streams. With more than fifty-six thousand nine hundred regular monthly listeners on Spotify alone, there is no denying the fact that VIXEVERSA have developed a dedicated following of loyal fans.
