ABOUT THE ARTIST
Vary Suite is an up and coming artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2018. The New York based songwriter and producer has always had a natural affinity for music; playing in multiple bands and producing music for more than a decade. Although he receives creative inspiration from a number of styles such as Pop and Rock, Vary Suite combines a variety of compositional elements to form his unique sound.
To date, Vary Suite has nine singles/EPs in his online discography. Some of his most popular tracks include the likes of ‘Summer Candy’, amassing thirteen thousand streams, and ‘New Colors’, with over four thousand nine hundred streams. With a growing number of regular monthly listeners, there is no denying the fact that Vary Suite is developing a dedicated following of loyal fans.

Our featured EP, ‘A.I.’ by Vary Suite, is to be released on the 12th of February and will be available to stream on all major streaming platforms! The EP consists of six tracks:
‘Catch-25’, ‘Pretender’, ‘A Glitch In The System’, ‘Full Dive’, ‘Re:Invent’, and ‘Grey Matter’.
The first single from the EP, ‘A Glitch In The System’, lasts around three minutes and sits at a steady 174bpm. The track commences with a twelve second introductory section that features harmonized vocals that build anticipation for the beat to kick in. The vocal color is emotive and stylistic; seamlessly sychronsing with the flow of the instrumental accompaniment.
The subtle addition of effects, check out the vocal from 1:08 to 1:10, adds a creative flare to the overall production whilst also showcasing Vary Suite’s production skill. By the time this track draws to a close, you’ll find yourself humming along with the chorus and in need of hitting that repeat button for another listen.
Although the EP is technically grouped under one genre classification, each track has a diverse range of compositional elements that capture Vary Suite’s songwriting talent; from the driven percussion that combines with the layered electric guitars and foundational bass-line to provide the perfect platform for the powerful vocal of ‘Catch-25’, the dynamic diversity delivered by the melodic shift in ‘Re:Invent’, to the impressive harmonised backing vocals that make the melody all the more memorable without detracting from the lead vocal of ‘Grey Matter’.
