ABOUT THE ARTIST
Travius Keandric is an up and coming Hip-Hop/Rap artist, storyteller, an aspiring physician, and a registered nurse. The Marion (Alabama) born artist was inspired by his humble upbringings in one of the “most impoverished towns in the nation”. This upbringing led him to seek ways in which he could help his community. Applying his dedicated work ethic to anything he put his mind to, Travius Keandric graduated as valedictorian in High School and went on to attend The University of Alabama; an institution that previously barred African Americans from entering. After graduating in 2017, Travius Keandric went immediately into the nursing industry.
Described by many as a ‘rap-tivist’, Travius Keandric’s lyricism addresses serious subject matter; including topics such as “health, the Black community, generational wealth, and mental wellbeing”.

Although Travius Keandric is inspired by the likes of Nipsey Hussle, Travis Scott, and Kendrick Lamar, he draws from various stylistic elements to form his own unique and original sound.
To date, Travius Keandric has six singles/EPs that are available to stream on his online discography. Some of his most popular tracks include the likes of ‘No More Love?’, amassing almost seven thousand streams, and ‘Str8 ICE’, gathering over one thousand streams. Given the fact that Travius Keandric dropped his first release as recently as 2019, it is clear that he is steadily building a dedicated following of loyal fans with every new release.
