ABOUT THE ARTIST
The Sidleys are an indie rock an soul band from the Washington DC area. The husband and wife songwriting team, Annie and Steve Sidley, derive their compositional inspiration from the likes of Stevie Wonder and The Beatles. With the intention of writing songs that are “memorable and modern”, The Sidleys are frequently joined both on stage and in the recording studio by their three sons Sean, Colin and Ian.
Having played a plethora of venues, festivals and outdoor concerts from up and down the East coast to the mid-Atlantic region, The Sidleys are well established performers. Their discography dates back to 2013 and includes one single (‘Lately I Don’t See You Anymore’) and three albums (‘Bittersweet’, ‘The Love You Make’, ‘Breathless’).

The first track on the album, ‘Lately I Don’t See You Anymore’, is the album version of the successful single released on the eighth of May. Sitting in at around 143bpm, this upbeat track captures The Sidleys’ stylistic diversity.
The strong vocal color of Annie, coupled with the excellent full band instrumentation, creates an uplifting and memorable sound.
