ABOUT THE ARTIST
Shirena Parker is an up and coming artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2019. Having grown up “singing and playing the keys”, the Mosul (Iraq) born songwriter has honed her talent over the years. After making the decision to take music more seriously, Shirena began recording her original material and making music full-time around a year and a half ago.
As the first of her country to be represented in Time Square, Shirena Parker is giving a “new voice” to immigrants and refugees around the globe. Although she receives creative inspiration from a number of styles, Shirena Parker combines a variety of compositional elements to form her unique sound.
