Juan Sánchez - ‘Rebirth’
Juan Sánchez began the journey of becoming a composer at the young age of fourteen when he started taking piano lessons at the conservatoire. It was during this early stage in Juan’s musical development that he realised his passion for music and the artistic process of creation.
Throughout the 80s and 90s, he played keyboard for a number of bands which helped to hone Juan’s individual passion. In 1995 he travelled to London to study music and technology and remained there for five years.
In 1999, Juan began making instrumental ambient electronic music and has since created music for sound libraries to be utilised by music producers.
Juan’s first release came entirely from his own creative energy and was a hybrid neo classical/ambient piano composition named ‘Rebirth’ which was released as a single in March 2019.
After a positive reception on Spotify, Juan Sánchez was featured in the popular New Age Music Guide blog. After this professional reassurance in the quality of Juan’s work, he was encouraged to amalgamate his singles into an album, released on September of 2019, which was poetically named after his first single release ‘Rebirth’.
The featured track opener, ‘Rebirth’, is just over four minutes of composition that will draw-out feelings of emotion from the first note to the last. The gentle flow of the piece with its subtle melodic shifts embody beauty with an underpinning of sadness that adds to the elegance of the piece.
This album truly personifies the title as each track feels like a journey into a dream-like state of solitude as the music expertly guides your emotions through the musical story of each piece.
The album contains nine tracks that each have a unique compositional arrangement that makes every piece stand out as an individual work to be enjoyed, as well as amalgamating to form a wonderful album.
