ABOUT THE ARTIST
QWNN is a producer/digital designer currently based in Central California. The twenty-eight year old artist began producing in 2015 as a hobby but surely enough, he developed a reputation for his music on the local scene. After realising that he clearly had a natural affinity for music production, QWNN started his own independent music label, Hopeless Yet Happy, which now has eight members from different locations across the United States.
QWNN has two albums and one single in his online discography, dating back to 2019. Some of his most streamed tracks include ‘All Family No Friends’, ‘Just Relax’ and ‘Oh Behave’; all from his most recent album. With his first album focusing on his daily struggles with mental health related issues, our featured album focuses on some of the more recent struggles the artist has faced:
“There were a lot of speed bumps along the way during this record. I battled with heartbreak. My city lost an icon as I lost one of my best friends...RIP @bnicetoeverybody. Then I woke up to my house, studio and entire world on fire...I lost everything. I even found my family and my pup in the rubble. I’ve literally walked through flames, not just used it as my artwork, and Ive often wondered who’s got my voodoo doll in their hand? That’s why I had an artist Sahab draw me up the doll.”

The album lasts around twenty-eight minutes and consists of eleven unique tracks. The stand out feature is unquestionably QWNN’s clean production style; seamlessly layering the plethora of creative compositional elements whilst maintaining the prominence of each featured artist’s contribution.
