ABOUT THE ARTIST
Quinton Jamar is an up and coming artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2019 with his single ‘RBF’. Initially recognising his talent for lyricism and composition in 2009, Quinton spent multiple years honing his craft as a songwriter and producer before releasing his debut mixtape ‘The Smoking Section’ back in 2012. The title for the album came from his recognition that people in public smoking sections, who wouldn’t typically communicate with one another, often become close friends. Quinton’s goal is for his music to be like the smoke; “[bringing] people together”.
To date, Quinton Jamar has one album and nine singles/EPs in his online discography. Some of his most popular tracks include the likes of ‘Momentum’, ‘Won’t He Do It’, ‘Woss’, and ‘RBF’.
