ABOUT THE ARTIST
Pipi Pango is an Afro/European artist who is based in the UK/Ireland and Nigeria. After growing up in Lagos, Pipi spent the majority of his adult life in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Inspired by the likes of Fela Kuti, Femi Kuti, U2, Coldplay, Kanye West and P. Diddy, Pipi Pango went to the National Film School/Sound Training Centre in Dublin to study music production. Gathering experience from his various educational endeavours, Pipi Pango has gradually cultivated his compositional talent. After spending these years honing his ability, Pipi Pango has now progressed on to releasing his original music out into the world.
To date, Pipi Pango has four singles: ‘Jah Jah’, ‘Totori’, ‘Solomon’, ‘Street Love’, and one EP: ‘Love, Money & Power’, in his online discography. Some of his most successful tracks include the likes of ‘Solomon’, amassing more than fourteen thousand streams, ‘Totori’, gathering over thirteen thousand streams, and ‘Mama/Yeye Takun Wale’, with nine thousand streams on Spotify. From these numbers alone, it is clear that Pipi Pango has cultivated a dedicated following of loyal fans.
