ABOUT mods of your generation
Mods Of Your Generation was founded back in 2015 by Johnny Bradley for his “expressions and entertainment”. After the forum naturally picked up traction, Mods Of Your Generation continued to grow into the platform it is today. The mod scene began in the late 50’s/early 60’s and has evolved gradually over the years. Mods Of Your Generation promotes “musicians, authors, actors, designers and the people who make up [the] diverse subculture”.
“At Mods Of Your Generation, we believe that there is a sustainable audience not only in the United Kingdom but worldwide that share our passion for the Mod subculture. I want to make sure that mod culture not only remains part of our history but, more importantly, our future.”
In March of 2020, the Mods Of Your Generation group organised and held a charity event to support the Teenage Cancer Trust; featuring twelve hours of live music, raising £2500 and attracting hundreds of mod fans. After this success, Johnny Bradley intends to organise more events to connect upcoming musicians with fans in the near future.
“It’s become our passion to promote and interview the musicians, authors, actors, designers and the people who make up our diverse subculture. We hope that by doing so the Mod scene will continue to be part of our history but more importantly our future.”
