Koana is a rising artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2021. The South African-born singer/songwriter received her initial inspiration from her family that “always shared a passion” for music. After the pandemic disrupted Koana’s normal working environment in the world of investment banking, she decided to take her music more seriously and “let go of the fear and expectations of what others wanted”.
