ABOUT THE ARTIST

Kevin Riady is an up and coming artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2021. Having always had a natural interest in music, the Indonesian born singer-songwriter began writing songs back in 2018 after learning how to sing and taking up the piano, guitar and producing; gradually honing his craft to become the artist that he is today.

Although the Melbourne based songwriter receives creative inspiration from a number of artists such as Five For Fighting, My Chemical Romance, Boa, and Chet Baker, Kevin Riady combines a variety of compositional elements to form his unique sound that has been described as being similar to Damien Rice.

To date, Kevin Riady has two singles in his Spotify discography; his debut single ‘Home’, amassing more than thirteen thousand streams, and his latest release ‘not a love song’, which has gathered over five thousand streams since its recent release. With more than one thousand regular monthly listeners on Spotify alone, there is no denying the fact that Kevin Riady is developing a dedicated following of loyal fans.

Kevin Riady has a number of live shows on the way in addition to having artists lined up for collaborations throughout the coming year. Although a date has not been confirmed, Kevin’s debut EP may also be released later this year.
