Geeked in the Garden - ‘Tools of the Oppressor’

Our featured album, ‘Tools of the Oppressor’ by Geeked in the Garden, is OUT NOW and available to stream on all major streaming platforms!

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Geeked in the Garden is an up and coming group that burst onto the streaming scene back in 2019. The group is a collaboration of solo artists Starr and Amp who met in 2012. With a “shared passion for music and self-discovery”, the duo began combining their creative talents to write original music for Geeked in the Garden. Although they are inspired by the likes of The XX, Bob Marley and the Wailers, Little Dragon, Outkast, and Daft Punk, Geeked in the Garden amalgamate a variety of stylistic elements to form their unique and authentic sound.

What we do is make organic music…about everyday life and situations that people deal with…beyond race, gender, or sexual orientation.

To date, Geeked in the Garden have two albums and four singles/EPs in their online discography. Some of their most popular tracks include the likes of ‘Q37’, gathering over twenty thousand streams, ‘Do Not Disturb’, amassing almost eight thousand streams, and ‘Fun’, with four thousand six hundred streams. With almost six and a half thousand regular monthly listeners on Spotify alone, there’s no denying the fact that Geeked in the Garden have cultivated a dedicated following of loyal fans.
