ABOUT THE ARTIST
Deep Rivers is a Canadian indie folk-rock band who burst onto the streaming scene in 2017. The band was originally founded by frontman and guitarist André Pelletier. Most of the tracks were written by Pelletier on the shores of the Ottawa River. The songs were then “reworked and reimagined” with fellow band members Stéphan Lemieux, Blaise Borboën-Léonard and Cédric Martel.
Although they receive creative inspiration from a number of styles, Deep Rivers combine a variety of compositional elements to form their unique sound. To date, Deep Rivers have one album and five singles/EPs in their online discography. One of their most popular tracks, ‘Goodbye’, has amassed more than eight thousand five hundred streams on Spotify alone. With a growing number of followers and listeners, there is no denying the fact that Deep Rivers have developed a dedicated following of loyal fans.
