ABOUT THE ARTIST
To date, Cyborg Asylum have one Album and six Single/EP releases available in their online discography. Some of their most successful tracks include ‘Paradigm Shift’ with seven thousand four hundred streams, and ‘My Metallic Dream’, amassing more than three thousand streams. With two new singles already released in 2020, Cyborg Asylum are thoroughly establishing themselves as a band to keep an eye on over the course of this year.
The writing and arrangement work for the band’s projects takes place at David’s home studio: The Sky Box. Once the guitar sections are complete, David sends the layers to his cousin, Phil Jones, who then plays and records them. The digital transfer incorporated in their writing process is “very much a product of the times we live in”, yet it does not fail to produce a sound that reflects Cyborg Asylum’s creative compositional talent.

The track commences with a twenty-seven second introduction that combines multiple instrumental layers; including the likes of synth, driven percussion and a foundational bass; setting the tone for the proceeding verse.
The vocal color is strong and emotive; matching the driven instrumental accompaniment.
