ABOUT THE ARTIST
Comfort Cat & Friends is an up and coming band that burst onto the streaming scene in 2014. The New York based rock group is comprised of three members: Comfort Cat on the “guitarlele”, Jason Laney on keys and percussion, and Dan Veksler on bass and guitar. Although they receive creative inspiration from a number of artists such as The Beatles, Brian Wilson, and Sleater-Kinney, Comfort Cat & Friends combine a variety of compositional elements to form their unique sound.
To date, Comfort Cat & Friends have four singles in their online discography. Some of their most popular tracks include the likes of ‘I Am Married to the Rain’, ‘The Sound of Grass’, and ‘The Core of Me’. With a growing number of followers and listeners, there is no denying the fact that Comfort Cat & Friends have developed a dedicated following of loyal fans.
