ABOUT THE ARTIST
Colin Roy Monette is a rising artist who has established himself over the years on the music scene. Having always had a natural affinity for music, Colin Roy Monette has honed his craft to become the artist that he is today with his wide range of styles. Colin Roy Monette has featured as a soloist and accompanist to artists within jazz, folk, pop, rock, funk, soul, R&B, Blues, Latino, Gospel, Country, Americana, Electric Blues Fusion and even french-Arabic Rai Music.
Although he receives creative inspiration from a number of genres, Colin Roy Monette combines a variety of compositional elements to form his unique sound. In addition to his work as a performing/recording musician, Colin Roy Monette also has a degree in music from the former McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul, MN. Passionate about sharing his ability to play music with others, Colin Roy Monette taught guitar for more than ten years. His main band Spaghetti Monetti & The Sauce have been performing for over five years and have also developed considerable momentum.
