ABOUT THE ARTIST
Bruce Wayne Carl, also known as Warbler BC, is a singer songwriter who was born and raised in New York City and has been described as “a tortured musical soul”. Having overcome the death of his wife, heroin addiction and a plethora of other challenges, Bruce now lives in Denver, Colorado and has spent the past number of years working on his debut six track EP. The first single from the EP, ‘Starry Gown’, is available to stream on Spotify now! The second single from the EP, ‘Trouble’, can be pre-saved by clicking HERE.

Our featured EP, ‘Warbler BC One’ by Bruce Wayne Carl, is out now and available to purchase on BandCamp! The EP consists of six unique tracks and lasts around twenty-six minutes.
The first single from the album, ‘Starry Gown’, lasts four minutes and five seconds and sits at a smooth 75bpm. The track commences with a seven second instrumental introduction that combines atmospheric piano with swirling effects; setting the melodic tone for the proceeding verse. Bruce Wayne Carl’s vocal color is stylistic and emotive, perfectly matching the flow of the instrumental accompaniment. With a relatively stripped back flow, this track expresses Bruce’s eclectic and authentic compositional style as he channels his emotive life experience into song.
