ABOUT THE ARTIST
Brian Shuck is an up and coming singer/songwriter who burst onto the streaming scene earlier this year with his debut single ‘Southbound Summertime’. The California born artist was raised in Texas and cultivated his musical talents by performing on the local music scene. He currently is the frontman for Brian Shuck & The Local Legends who have a diverse repertoire of tracks; covering country artists such as Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, the Zac Brown Band, Billy Currington, Toby Keith, in addition to rock and pop artists like The Eagles, Jimmy Buffet, R.E.M., Chris Isaak, and Tom Petty.
With a plethora of experience in the music industry, Brian has honed his own unique and authentic sound over the years. To date, Brian Shuck has one single and one EP in his online discography. Some of his most popular tracks include the likes of ‘Without You’, ‘Sunrise in Mexico’, ‘Southbound Summertime’, and ‘White Dash’. Our featured EP, ‘Go With The Flow’ by Brian Shuck, is out now and available to stream on all major streaming platforms! The EP lasts sixteen minutes and consists of five tracks: ‘Without You’, ‘Southbound Summertime’, ‘Sunrise in Mexico’, ‘White Dash’, and ‘Without You (Alternate Version)’.
Although the album is technically grouped under one genre classification, each track provides a variety of melodic elements that showcase Brian Shuck’s talent as a singer and songwriter; from the beautiful combination of Brian’s lead vocal with the complimentary female vocal, stylistic strings and the dynamic diversity brought by the lead electric guitar/violin instrumental break in ‘Without You’, the emotive vocal color, steady percussion and catchy melodic hook in the chorus of ‘Southbound Summertime’, the smooth instrumental flow, foundational bass line and subtly layered backing vocals in the chorus of ‘Sunrise in Mexico’, to the powerful harmonised electric guitar introduction and intense rhythmic flow created by the amalgamation of the partially distorted guitar, clean violin and steady bass in ‘White Dash’.
