ABOUT THE ARTIST

Aveli Amun is an up and coming music project that intentionally thrives on its anonymity so that it is not “exalted or put on a pedestal as so many others aspire to be”. With the belief that facts lead to truth and truth leads to freedom, Aveli Amun aims to “wrap facts in raps”, and resultantly allow its fans to receive that truth through the medium of songwriting and lyricism.

As the COVID-19 pandemic worked its way through America, resulting in many Americans facing a plethora of employment issues and financial problems, Aveli Amun was formed in the midst of the uncertain times. In late July of this year, Aveli Amun began the process of gathering its own personal set-up that included the necessary equipment, production tools and instrumentation needed to create music from a home studio. After figuring out the likes of DAW’s, VST’s and plug-ins, Aveli Amun began recording, mixing and producing its music after about a month of trial and error.

With ‘First 6’ being the debut EP release for Aveli Amun, some of the most popular tracks from the record on Spotify include ‘Hold the Line’, ‘How Mushrooms Grow’, and ‘Populace Leaders’. With over two hundred followers on Twitter alone, it’s fair to say that although Aveli Amun have only begun their journey into the music industry, they have already cultivated a dedicated following of fans that will definitely increase with each new release.

Our featured EP, ‘First 6’ by Aveli Amun, is out now and available to stream on all major streaming platforms! The EP consists of six tracks and lasts around nineteen minutes.
