ABOUT THE ARTIST
Amagiri Young is an rising artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2014. The Long Island born songwriter has always had a natural affinity for music; rapping and beatboxing from the age of nine. Amagiri Young eventually went on to found his own independent label in 2014, Real Geez Association Records.
After being incarcerated in 2017 for two and a half years, Amagiri Young is back releasing his original music out into the world and has collaborated with the likes of Slim400 and Kurupt from the Dogg Pound. Although he receives creative inspiration from a number of artists such as Tupac, Biggie, Snoop and Jay Z, Amagiri Young combines a variety of creative elements to form his sound.
To date, Amagiri Young has one album and twenty-six singles/EPs in his online discography. Some of his most popular tracks include the likes of ‘In the Morning’, amassing nineteen thousand four hundred streams, ‘Chauncey Billups’, gathering over nine thousand one hundred streams, and ‘Fake Friends’, with over seven thousand two hundred streams.
